About Us

Operating Out Of Elcho, Wisconsin

While the Northwoods may not be the Schei family’s primary residence, it has always been home in every way that matters.

Kelly has been spending as many days as possible in Elcho since she was a young child — long summers on the water, crisp fall mornings in the woods, and the kind of simple, outdoor living that shapes who you become. Now, the Scheis are building a second home there — creating a place where their boys can grow up experiencing the slower pace, strong values, and outdoor lifestyle children were meant to have.

When Mission First Concrete Leveling was built, there was never a question about whether the Northwoods would be part of the mission. It wasn’t a business decision. It was personal.

That’s why Mission First proudly operates a Northwoods base out of Elcho — serving homeowners and businesses throughout:

Langlade County

Oneida County

Lincoln County

From lake homes and cabins to driveways, sidewalks, shop floors, and commercial properties, we bring the same mission-driven work ethic, precision polyurethane leveling process, and commitment to doing the job right — the first time.

The Northwoods community matters to us. These aren’t just job sites. They’re neighbors, lake roads, family properties, and local businesses that keep the region strong.

Not located directly within Langlade, Oneida, or Lincoln County but still need Northwoods service? Give us a call. If it’s within reach, we’ll do everything we can to make it happen.

Because in the Northwoods, it’s not just business.

It’s home.

Services

Residential & Commercial

Concrete Leveling

We lift and re-level driveways, sidewalks, patios, garage floors, warehouse slabs, and commercial walkways using precision polyurethane injection. It’s faster, cleaner, and more cost-effective than tear-out and replacement.

Residential or commercial — we bring the slab back to grade and back to solid.

Void Fill

When soil washes out beneath your concrete, empty space forms — and concrete doesn’t float.

We inject high-density polyurethane beneath the slab to fill voids, stabilize the base, and prevent future settlement. This reinforces the ground below so your concrete has the support it was meant to have.

Strong foundation. Solid results.

Concrete Joint Caulking

Open joints invite water. Water causes erosion. Erosion causes sinking.

We professionally seal expansion joints and cracks to keep moisture out and extend the life of your concrete. Proper joint caulking protects your investment and helps prevent costly repairs down the line.

Seal it. Protect it. Preserve it.

How Polyjacking works

Polyjacking is a very simple process that has 3 main steps and leaves minimal disturbance to the concrete and your property.

Step : Drill

Small access holes are drilled to reach the void below the slab.

Step 2: Lift

We inject a two-part polyurethane that expands, fills voids, and lifts the concrete with precision.

Step 3: Patch

We patch the holes and clean up so your concrete looks solid again.

Frequently Asked Questions

General FAQ's

Is polyurethane safe for my home and yard?

Once cured, polyurethane foam is inert and environmentally stable. It does not leach harmful chemicals into soil or groundwater.

Will there be heavy equipment in my yard?

No heavy demolition equipment is required. Our tools are compact and minimize disruption to your property.

Why should I fix uneven concrete?

Uneven concrete creates trip hazards, drainage issues, pooling water, reduced curb appeal, and liability concerns.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes. Mission First Concrete Leveling proudly offers FREE estimates throughout Eastern and Northern Wisconsin.

Concrete Caulking FAQ's

Why is concrete caulking important?

Concrete caulking seals joints and cracks to prevent water intrusion, reducing soil washout and future settling.

Does caulking help prevent concrete damage?

Yes. Sealing joints keeps moisture out, reducing freeze-thaw damage and premature cracking.

Concrete Leveling Questions

What is polyurethane concrete leveling?

Polyurethane concrete leveling is a modern repair method used to lift and stabilize sunken concrete slabs without tearing them out. We inject high-density expanding foam beneath the slab, which fills empty space and gently raises the concrete back into place. This process restores safety and adds value without the mess and cost of replacement.

How does concrete leveling work?

We drill small access holes in the slab, inject structural polyurethane foam beneath the concrete, and allow the expanding foam to fill voids and lift the slab to proper height. Once level, we seal the holes and clean the area. Most projects are completed in just a few hours.

How long does concrete leveling take?

Most projects are completed in a single visit. The foam cures quickly, and surfaces are typically ready for use within 15–30 minutes after completion.

Is concrete leveling cheaper than replacement?

In most cases, polyurethane concrete leveling costs significantly less than full concrete replacement. Replacement requires demolition, hauling, forming, pouring, and curing time, which increases costs.

What types of concrete do you lift?

We lift and stabilize driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks, garage floors, basement slabs, warehouse floors, and concrete steps.

How long does polyurethane foam last?

High-density polyurethane foam is engineered for long-term stability. It is water-resistant and designed to maintain structural support for years.

FAQ's about Void Fill

What is void fill and why is it important?

Void fill is the process of filling empty spaces beneath concrete slabs. Soil erosion, poor compaction, or water washout can create gaps that lead to settling and cracking. Filling these voids stabilizes the base and prevents further movement.

What causes concrete to sink?

Common causes include soil erosion, poor soil compaction, freeze-thaw cycles, and heavy loads on slabs.

TESTIMONIALS

MISSION FIRST CONCRETE LEVELING IS NEW..

DEVEN'S CONCRETE LEVELING SKILLS ARE NOT....

*Disclaimer: Testimonials from Deven's work with a prior quality lifting company in Wisconsin

I had a tricky garage slab that was cracked and sinking. Deven evaluated the situation, and told me the risks. He needed to employ some unique methods not only to raise the slab, but not affect surrounding areas. Job turned out great and saved me a ton of time (and likely frustration) if I was forced to demo and repour. Definitely recommend!

Deven was a pleasure to work with and went to great lengths to make sure the job was done to my satisfaction. They did a beautiful job. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any poly jacking job you may need.

From the estimate visit until the job was completed every contact with Deven was prompt and professional. He arrived as scheduled ready to start at 8AM. He explained the process and kept me informed as he carefully moved our concrete back into place in 3 different areas. Six days after the job we had 5 inches of rain, the puddle that used to develop did not occur.
